Telekom's 450 thousand-euro contract suspected, three people arrested

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that it has detained three people for the suspicious contract of 450 thousand euros connected between Telekom and an economic operator named ão Mobile.

According to the announcement, in the continuation of the investigative action company in the case of the contract bound between Telekom and éone Mobile, worth about 450 thousand euros, it has continued action on the order of the State Procurir, in co-operation with ATK and the Directorate of Investigations against Economic Crime and Corruption.

“During this action, house and local controls have been conducted in the Pristina, Pec and Prizren municipality, where various documents and goods worth about 30,000, and three suspected persons were arrested”, the report said.

The guy with the initials F. A., owner of theZone Mobile, is suspected of committing a criminal act of using and cheating in public prosecution and émanja from Tatimi. The other suspect with initials A. P., owner of the compex, allegedly committed false tax documents, as well as another suspect with G initials. H., owner of the company Versacope, allegedly committed criminal acts with false tax documents and CHAmangia from the tax.

The “suspects, with the State Prosecutor's decision, have been detained in 48 hours' length and the same ones within the legal deadline will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the competent court”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
