A month's detention of suspects in the 27-year-old Kline murder

The Foundation Court in Pec has imposed a month of detention against indictees F.D. about the murder of the 27-year-old in Cline on June 16th.

The defendants have been assigned the detention measure for a (1) month after the court estimated there is doubt that the same was committed by the criminal work it allegedly committed and that this criminal case is in the investigative phase and that witnesses are expected to be heard, so with possible finding indictees in freedom, there is the danger that the same could affect the same one, in order to reduce his criminal responsibility and prevent the normal flow of criminal procedure. Also, the court, given the weight of the criminal act, the manner and circumstances of carrying out this work, and that reports between families are exasperated, estimates that with the possible finding of the defendants in freedom, it could be as far as performing any new criminal work, so on these grounds the detention assignment is necessary”, the statement says.
