Klinaku retorts to Chief Special Proposor: You start expanding your enemies, you can't shut up.

The chief prosecutor of Specialised Chambers, Jack Smith, in a document sent to The Hague's Pre-Procedure Court, has listed his arguments, why Kadri Wessel must still remain in custody and why the defence request for freedom should be rejected. Smith in his argument also mentioned [...]
Smith, in his argument, also mentioned the statement by KLAA Vetrans leader Faton Klinkaku's taskman, that he would publish special court documents again in case they were handed over.
This Declaration of the Veterans' Clink along with the “Freedom campaign has a name, KLA” are two of the many arguments Smith listed, which he claims increases the risk in the case of Kadri Wessel's release from custody.
And the statement has been answered by Faton Klink. In a post in his Facebook profile, while saying we cannot shut down and “Liberty is named KLA, and the crime is called Serbia”.
Klink's full delivery:
Prosecutor Smith of the “specialised” in The Hague has now begun to expand its enemies. In Mr. Wessel, besides dealing with me, also deals with the “Freedom has a name KLA”
And there's nothing to do about it, because we can't shut the mouth and Freedom is called the KLA and there's a name for crime in Serbia.
But what does the Special Court document say in the prosecutor's arguments about Klink?
On June 4th, 2021, Faton Klinku, the incumbent chairman of the Veterans, an organisation composed of former members of the accused with a solid membership of over 400,000, has given an interview in which he promised to publish confidential documents of the Special Chambers if they fall into his hand. This is extraordinary, putting that Mr. Klink is in charge because the former chairman and deputy head of KLA veterans are being prosecuted in the Specialised Chambers for identical behavior”, the Express reports.
Special Prosecution Document Part
Smith sees this as the willingness of the accused's “ (Carri Wessel) to prevent the” process.
Chief Prosecutor Smith has also mentioned the “Liria campaign has a name, KLA”, which he claims has echoed recently, while saying it is proven that Kadri Veseli has an influence on former subordinates and supporters.
“The campaign has been very loud in recent months, demonstrating a concrete and active support network for the accused”, says Prosecutor Smith's document.
Smith has listed a series of other arguments, why Kadri Wessel must continue custody.
Meanwhile, he has also mentioned visiting Kosovo in case of the deteriorating health situation of Kadri Wessel's father. Smith has suggested that Kadri Wessel's exemplary behavior should be highlighted, however, says that this detail does not change the level of danger.
