Japan supplies Kosovo with medical equipment

The Health Ministry today received the second share of modern medical equipment produced in Japan, 7 bed monitors, 3 Termographys, 2 ultrasound devices and 1 mobile X-rays, which is a donation from the Government of Japan.
After these equipment arrived, the agreement on providing equipment signed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of Japan, which is the total value of 880,000 euros, has been fully implemented.
The donation will support the Health Ministry's efforts in the face of COVID-19 providing equipment for hospital institutions in order to provide quality and secure health services for patients.
The equipment delivery ceremony was held jointly by Health Minister Arben Vitita and Mitsunori Ogasawara, the charge d'afro at Japan Embassy in Kosovo.
