Hoti: The government will respect Washington's deal, otherwise it won't last, as they didn't last year.

Hoti through a Facebook post said that those who opposed the feasibility study for Weyman Lake and Washington's agreement should apologize.
“Does the study of feasibility for Ujman Lake, prepared by the biggest advocate of Kosovo sovereignty (SHBA), which was published today? Those who left nothing without saying about this study and the entire Washington agreement, which today are some in government and some in opposition, should at least apologize. I told them not to rush. Time is bringing all truths to light, as well as all electoral and political fraud”, Hoti wrote.
He added that President Biden's administration has confirmed it will continue to realise this agreement because, according to him, it is in line with the common interests of the US and Kosovo.
“Those currently in Government THE need to take care of the implementation of projects stemming from the Washington Agreement: railway and highway projects, renewable energy, gas supply, as well as the creation of financing opportunities for Kosovo private businesses in US financial markets. Otherwise they won't last, as they didn't last last year.
But Kosovo is not taking any concrete action. Nothing has been done since Israel's formal conclusion of recognition in early February, which recognition also criticised and did not believe would be formalised with the establishment of diplomatic relations”, Hoti wrote.
The report on the feasibility of Weyman published today contains four recommendations on how Kosovo and Serbia should work on managing Weyman Lake.
In this report, Americans have proposed that Kosovo and Serbia work under a Treaty for the Columbia River between the US and Canada.
