Haxhi's husband has said OVL has not attempted to represent veterans, and also the KLA's OVL) OVL) has linked it to the 14 February elections.

He has further made some political comments regarding various issues, linking him with the KLAICHA OVL) as if the latter were the decision-making institution for political issues Kosovo has gone through.

This is his reaction:

OVL has failed to represent veterans.
In fact, she has never tried to represent them/we but has been used as a mechanism for certain party groups to pressure and blackmail on the count of political leaders in Kosovo whose people were shown the country on February 14th.
They have been used to eliminate veterans' frustrations when the country was cooked to harmful political processes such as Ahtisaari's Pack, Demarketation, Zajednica, privatisations, or when the scandals of government commanders with relatives of crime, corruption and social injustice broke out.
They kept silent even when veterans were killed from social misery, the overcrowding, and the ridicule made by political chiefs.
Gradually, we are coming to the situation where either this mold structure, captured and corrupt organisational structure should be radically reformed through internal transparent and inclusive democratic elections, as they have always been held without the participation of the inherited veterans.
Or, indeed, to be ignored and not known as a representative body.
Or, let them also formally join parties that have acted and misused the values of war for many years.
From such thinking, we also have cases where the fake veteran is placed in the OVL leadership structures from where he produces hundreds of other false veterans.
yesterday's OVL and today it's naked with war values and veterans' representation.
So this handful of people don't enjoy respect among citizens as the veterans enjoy their contribution to their homelands as duty and nothing more.
