The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has called for the appointment of the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan to indictees B.Z., due to the suspicion given that he committed criminal work “heavy murder”, by Article 173, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, said in the communique.
