Favored by good weather and high temperatures, they have decided to cross these days off the coast.
A few weeks ago, the Kosovo government decided as a restrictive anti-Convid, border crossing, just with the negative test. Coronervius PCR.
This prevented the citizens of Albania and Kosovo from travelling freely towards the two states. However, Kosovo came up with a second decision, stressing there is no need for the negative test to cross the border.
Meanwhile, Albania has emerged from the country's red list, featuring high risk of the Codavi 19 pandemic.
