At 09 a.m., President Osmani along with former Presidents Sejdiu, Pacolli and Jahjaga place flowers in September of historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.
It is unknown whether, during this ceremony, the presidents will pray that Kosovo sign any contracts for anti-Condivus vaccines, writes Periscopi.
