In a response to the Metro Journal, Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said there is no plan to open liaison offices in Pristina.
In response, it is said that Spain's position around Kosovo is now known, and that this will not change unless the issue is resolved through Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
