Peker, believed to be staying in Dubai, has so far provided no data that documents these claims.
His charges have been targeted by Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, son of former Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, and a former minister sentenced with his son.
Videos on YouTube have received millions of views and have prompted the opposition to call for Soylu's resignation and the investigation into Peker's claims.
