In fact, Kusari Lila is the task of chief of the largest parliamentary group in Kosovo, with chief Rexhep Selimi being detained in The Hague for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Nushi has mentioned Kusari and the 11 million divided over the current north that VV deputies raised their hands to the polls.
The PSD is recently holding a petition that requires forgiveness of these fines.

This is the head of the largest group of robots in the Kosovo Assembly.
These robots have no idea. They have only commands to raise hands. All 60 deputies, they've raised your hand in line like a bullet to pay 11 million for the north wheel. Now they've come up against the forgiveness of fines for measures that the VV itself has largely not respected.
