Kosovo police have reported that they have arrested two people in Mitrovica, who are allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl in the village of Mazpic.
A case of criminal activity “Dhuni” was reported by 18.05.2021 in Mitrovica, while following investigative actions by the nearby Regional Investigation Sector DDRP-Mitrovica South and state prosecutor for juvenile founderial Prosecution in Mitrovica, with the date 19.05.2021, has been achieved to identify and on the basis of allegations based on arrest of two persons allegedly committing the criminal act of rape against female child victim.
The prosecutor's decision on this case has been sent to the Law Medicine Institute for medical examination, while after interviewing suspects, police ban measures” have been imposed on them, the police report said.
In addition, the report said that <x0 police investigators in co-operation with the juvenile prosecutor would continue investigations into the complete whitelight of all circumstances related to this case”.
Otherwise, cases of sexual assault have recently been frequented in our country, where police almost daily report such cases to various Kosovo municipalities.
