From tomorrow, the gastronomy schedule will be extended until 11:00 p.m. and there will be no police hours in Kosovo municipalities. That is after the government has taken the decision to ease anti-Convidus measures following the decline in the number of infected and victims from Ovid-19.

And people who walk on the street themselves have the right to avoid wearing masks.

All measures that will come into force by tomorrow:

A. [Territorial implementation]

1. This decision applies throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

B. [The entry and exits of foreign citizens from the Republic of Kosovo]

2. Foreign citizen entering the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent permission in Kosovo, coming from high risk countries according to the ECDC official list, must have test RT- Negative PCR for COVID-19 made in the last 72 hours, based on the principle of reciprocity.

3. Exceptions from point 2 do:

3.1. If the foreign citizen enters Kosovo via airport or through land border points and leaves Kosovo within three hours through airport or land border points, provided he signs the declaration that he will release Kosovo within three (3) hours;

3.2. Foreign citizen who works as a professional transporter (vozitta), provided he respects the international transport protocol for protection from David-19;

3.3. Foreign citizen passing through Kosovo through transport organised by bus or regular international line, transit, provided the declaration is signed that he will issue Kosovo territory within five) hours;

3.4. Foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo as well as their family members.

3.5. The person who has evidence of taking the vaccine against COVID-19.

3.6. Person with a positive result of serological antibodies test IgG released at least thirty days before arrival.

4. No entry into the Republic of Kosovo for people coming from India, Brazil and South Africa.

4.1 Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo coming from India, Brazil and South Africa

They must quarantine in their homes (place of residence) for fourteen (14)

days testing twice a week.

4.2. Point 4.1 is not valid for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who stay transit (more

about 48 hours) in countries defined at 4.1 point in this decision.

4.3. Foreign diplomats are excluded from the scope of point 4 of this decision.

C. [Protection and security at work]

5. Pregnant women are released from their obligation to physically show off at work. Public or private employers are instructed to create an opportunity to work from home.

C. [General measures of protection and hygiene]

6. Public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied with hand and face-to-face disinfectants at accessible locations at the entrance to the object and at the interior environments.

7. Public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied so that, at the entrance of each object, they can set visible signs of the rules of conduct for protection from Covid-19 (including the sign of stopping access to objects without masks, observing distance).

8. The responsibilities of public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied to perform disinfectation and airs of closed spaces.

9. The mask kiss covering your nose and your mouth is mandatory, in all cases except:

9.1 walking alone in the outside environment;

9.2 While driving alone or in groups with no more than four (4) persons;

9.3 During running, cycling, and exercise;

9.4 Eating or drinking.

D. [Institutions of Education]

10. Public and private institutions of all educational levels continue to teach according to relevant guidelines for the education sector.

11. A student in a room is allowed to work according to order.

Twelve. All public and private institutions of all educational levels were denied organization of extra-school activities, such as field trips, group walks, different school staff parties, or students.

Goat. [Present for social and pension schemes]

13. The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is instructed to free all beneficiaries of social and pension schemes managed by MPT from regular performance at relevant offices for ID purposes as required by relevant laws.

E. [Confirming public and private meetings]

14. Collectives are allowed in internal environments of up to 50 (50) persons (comblems, seminars, trainings) provided that physical distance is maintained over 1.5m in the middle of people.

14.1 Assemblys of the Parliament and Government are allowed despite the number of people.

15. As many as a hundred (100) people are allowed to assemble in open environments, provided that physical distance is kept over 1.5m between people.

15.1 Indoor gatherings with particular public interest of over 100 (100) people require approval by the Emergency Health and Operations Ministry, with the recommendation of IKKKPK.

16. Holiday organisation is banned by June 15, 2021, after which the date according to the epidemiological situation will be re-evaluated.

17. Keeping waiting for comfort/keys is allowed by ensuring that participants wear masks and 1.5 metres of distance from each other, as well as carefully respecting the respective guide.

Uh. [Confrontations]

18. Between 0 o'clock and 5: 00 a.m., more than ten (10) are prohibited.

F. [Trading Centres and Other Economic Operators]

Nineteen. Commercial mall activity is allowed according to their guides.

20. All operators who for economic activities have majority and minority trade to determine the maximum number of customers at the locals at the same time according to rule 1 person per 8 m2. These operators are forced to mark the maximum number of customers allowed simultaneously at the outset. The area is counted for the area where customers are allowed to stay.

G. [Works side]

21. The person responsible for the public or private institution and economic operators is obliged to stop lining or gathering in and out of the working/business environment, unless they maintain physical distance of at least 1.5m from other groups of people.

G. [Gastronomia]

22. Gastronomial services are allowed to carry out their activities in line with the relevant guide. Customers for 100m2 (5) are allowed up to 50 (50). The area is counted for food and drink areas.

23. Gastronomial services are allowed to carry out their activity between 5: 00 p.m. and 11:00.

24. Music is allowed until 22:45.

25. Local supervisors should make sure that customers keep a (1)m of distance from customers at different tables.

26. The back of a chair with the back of the other chair should be a (1) meter away.

27. In the internal spaces, there are up to four people on the table. If the tables are larger than two feet (2) m), then the prerequisite is to use space in view of the capacity of five (5) people at 10 m2.

28. In the interior, food and drink are permitted only for guests sitting or standing on a table or bar;

29. People on the table, bar, or desks on foot are allowed up to six (6) in outer spaces.

Thirty. Each table should be equipped with disinfectant that contains at least 60-70% alcohol.

31. Guides should be placed in the locals' outer spaces regarding information to customers about the anti-provision protocol. COVID-19, which is published on the Health Ministry website.

H. [Trades and slaughter of animals]

32. Public markets of vehicles, animals and birds are allowed to operate up to 40% of capacity.

33. The slaughter of animals is permitted only in the authorized environments for this purpose.

I. [public transport]

34. Public transportation is allowed to work using up to 50% of capacity, and according to their guide.

35. The taxi is allowed to travel to three (3) travelers.

J. [Tathrot, Libraries, etc. ]

36. Theatres, libraries, philharmonics, galleries, assemblies, ballet, cinemas, youth centres, museums, cultural centres with similar MKRS or Communists subordinates are allowed to work using 50% of the space/representation of relevant objects for all activities (both in performances and exercise).

37. Responsibilities for organizing cultural activities should be made sure that guests wear masks and 1.5 metres of distance from each other.

K. [Sport and recreation]

38. Training activities that must be implemented in line with local and international sports protocols are allowed.

39. The organisation of sports competitions without public presence is allowed in terms of protocols and recommendations by world organisations for organising sports events and with the Government of the Republic of Kosovo safeguards.

Forty. The number of contest participants (sporters, clubs, officials, and other participants needed for the development of the race) is determined by sports federations by respecting the distance measure and other safeguard clauses.

41. Competition activities without public presence are allowed, which should be implemented in line with local and international sports protocols.

Forty-two. The exploitation of finals, gyms, and similar activities for individual recreative activities is allowed according to the relevant guide.

43. Exploitation of finance, gyms and similars is done in proportion to 1 client at 8m2.

44. Where it is possible in financial/Palester software to determine the maximum number of customers who can access financial space.

45. It is insisted that the executive/Palestra person have special care on the site of the visit of customers, which is estimated by five o'clock to observe the distance set out on the guide.

46. Establishing information marks and disinfectors (or other cleaning tools) on each master's device with the purpose of their awareness and disinfectation by each customer after use is permitted.

L. [Heasters and clarifications]

47. The Ministry of Health is committed to extracting temporary, general and special guides for the prevention and fighting of COVID-19, as follows:

47.1 Acting Guide for the application of general measures for the prevention and fighting of Coddy-19;

47.2 Acting guidelines for the personal services sector and businesses, industry, public administration and NGOs;

47.3 Acting guide for educational institutions of all levels;

47.4 Acting guide for gastronom, hotel, retail sector and shopping malls;

47.5 Early guides to religious gatherings, funerals, workshops, and cultural activities;

47.6 Early Training Guides, Gystras and other recreation and sports;

47.7 Early public transport guide;

47.8 Early guidelines for health care institutions;

47.9 Early Civil Aviation Guides;

47.10 Acting Guides for corrective institutions, asylum centres and foreign maintenance.

48. Guides from point 47 are mandatory for all persons and sectors to which they apply.

49. The Ministry of Health is engaged in explaining the points of this decision in the event of need.

Lee. [Zeighing]

50. The Minister of Health is engaged, The AUV and the Kosovo Police, who, in co-operation with the emergency municipal headquarters, oversee the implementation of this decision and hand over the weekly report to the Prime Minister's Office (every Friday until I6:00).

51. The Ministry of Health, KSKKKK and IKBPK are subjected to the Office of Prime Minister the weekly report (every Friday until 1600) for the implementation of measures, the state of health institutions, the epidemiological situation and predictions for the following two weeks.

52. The Ministry of Health is occupied that, based on Law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combating of COVID-19, on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to issue operational decisions depending on the epidemiological situation and IKPK recommendations.

53. Kosovo Police and Inspectors responsible for overseeing the implementation of measures, other decisions and relevant guidelines in implementing Law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combating of Pandemia on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

54. For violators of the masses, competent organs are obliged to pronounce penal measures according to Law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combat of Pandemia Covid-19 on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and other laws in force.

55. The only authority that can interpret this decision is the Ministry of Health, so any other institution can provide clarifications to the respective categories for which this decision is applied, only after the health ministry's adoption of that clarification.

M. [Repowering the decisions 01/07 and 02/11]

56. Powering Government Decisions: Decision No. 01/07 on 18.04.2021 and Decision No. 02/11 on the 07.05,2021.

N. [Entering]

57. The decision is published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Kosovo and goes into effect by 3105.2021.
