Lushtaku has said that unless Albin Kurti offers guarantees to the Special Court, he cannot be Kosovo's chief minister.
“If Kurti does not grant this assurance for the bail of former KLA leaders being tried in The Hague, I think Kurti is morally not prime minister of Kosovo”, he has said.
Otherwise, several days ago, the Special has rejected the former KLA chief defence request that Thaci and the others be tried on the run./Periscopi/
