Shala, invited to a television show, has said the state is more than protecting VIPs.
The young man from the Drinas municipality has managed to obtain thousands of tapes and hundreds of thousands of hours of records from crimes committed by Serbs in the Kosovo war.
Otherwise the Justice Ministry has now established the Institute for War Crimes, while part of this mechanism will be itself Esat Shala.
