Police and medical services have moved close to the cloud, but despite their efforts, 23-year-olds failed and passed away.
The author of the event, which was in France with residence permits, is a person known to the police because of the events in which he was involved.
Christian Mercuri, Metz's public prosecutor, has indicated that he has committed more than 20 criminal acts in connection with violence and the distribution of drug trafficking. The Kosovo Albanian was released from prison on 12 May and placed with a simple electronic bracelet under house arrest.
A few hours after killing his partner, he was in handcuffs and is already in custody.
