Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svechla has appointed Xhavit Halit's deputy Democratic Party of Kosovo to a top state position.
The person who has been appointed to a new state position is Blerim Camaj, director of the Civil State Directorate, close to the PDK deputy who has now been appointed deputy director-general of the Civil Record Agency.
The decision by Albin Kurti is made 24 May this year.

The person who appointed Svecla was involved in Dosjen Proto, reported on in 2016.
Research proved how former President Adem Grabovci and the chairman of the candidate evaluation panel, Ilhami Gashi, had influence on the high-ranking state-run dilemmas.
Gashi had also contributed to Camaj's selection, MP Haliti's relatives for director of the Civil Recording Agency.
Part of the Grabovci-Gashi conversation for Camaj:
The next conversation is about Brian Camaj. They speak of a meeting they would hold with then Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, from whom the blessing of appointing Camaj in the position of Civil Recording Agency director, operating within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
We're going to be going to nX0mnistor now”, says Grabovci, while Gashi orders that he ask Thaci, as he refers to “the largest” what to do with Blerim Camajn. .
You're going to the boss for it. What the... For, the Civil Record Agency, which I communicate with Blerim Camaj. What do you do with that widow... interview, interview with someone else who's telling himself what the big guy is saying?
You should know by the circumstances there by the “, give it back to Grabovci.
You talk to the big man that this masterpiece... (unintelligible) right with a job published”, Gashi explains. He asks if he can keep Brian Camaj in the race.
Yeah, right now... interviews or threats”, Gashi says.
And so wrong, quality s'ka boo? ”, Grabovci's interest.
“Cileular s'ka ba, manager doesn't o'a skilled, but ski what with man”, Gashi continues.
Uh, uh... hey, talk, talk, tell you when you say”, says Grabovci.
Camaj was appointed to this position, though he was weak according to Gashi's own assessment. It continues to hold it further, even since it was suspended under former Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi's decision, responsible for the theft scandal of 1.4m euros in passports.
And now you're not too late to be with those three clocks, you remind Gashi Grabovci.
I'm just waiting for you so fuck off, so I'm going to do my job”, Gashi concludes.
On the whole of this case, the Court of Appeals, on June 30th 2020, had partially changed the first degree act in the case “Proto” and sentenced Adem Grabovcin, Ilhami Gashi and Sedat Gashi for criminal work “The violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo”.
However, about a month ago, Rusty Pronto, of whom he had exclusively reported Inseyder newspaper, has become retrial by the Supreme Court.
That the case has returned to the retrial has confirmed the Supreme Court's spokeswoman, Antigona Uka-Lupiu.
I can confirm that with the request for protection of legitimacy the subject in the A.G has returned to retrial”.
Adam Grabovci's lawyer, Florent Latifaj, had confirmed the same.
The “E has returned, not to the first-instance court, but to the Court of Appeals after this court has amended the Constitutional Court's judgment. The Supreme Court has submitted the legality request back to the Appeals Court”, he said.
Otherwise, Adem Grabovci had been pronounced a unique one-year prison sentence, Ilhami Gashi's unique sentence of 1 year and 4 months in prison, and Sadat Gashi in prison for eight months.
As a supplementary sentence, this court had stripped them of their right to be elected, and it was also forbidden to exercise office in public administration or public service in the course of two years after passing the period of parole verification.
