The trial “Trug decided that they should be part of Group 1, which is represented by Anni Pues, the defender of the victims appointed by the administration”, says the Specialised Chambers.
In another ruling, the court has decided to appoint an expert who will prepare a report on possible victims' damages and has ordered the DHSK Office to attend the victims to submit a list of three relevant experts by 4 June.
The prepared trial conference in Salih Mustaf's case will be held on June 9th.
