Haradinaj emphasises the criticism of the governing programme has placed US non-remembering it as Kosovo's strategic partner. He made these comments through a post in his account on Facebook.
The government's “program is more like an administration analysis than a government programme. We are disappointed with the fact that in this programme (as I saw from what was published in Koha Ditore) for the first time in the United States, they are not listed as Kosovo strategic partner”, he wrote.
“Dialogue with Serbia cannot be developed without full transparency. This is a national matter and it belongs to everyone. The prime minister's government must hold meetings with the political spectrum for a joint stance. We as the Alliance will play a constructive role on this subject, of course this through Parliament. We don't want to be part of the negotiating team, but we want to be aware of every detail of this process!”, the former AAKA delegation said among other things.
AAKA chief member has said the political subject he represents is distanced from the debate for Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Minister Donika Grovalla-Schwarz, whose statements sparked numerous reactions.
He has even cited local elections, saying AAKA is one of the only parties that has set municipal elections as priority.
“Aleance is among the first parties, (not only), which has advanced in the local election process. We already have at least 10 candidates for mayors. Others are waiting and calculating”, Haradinaj has added further.
Haradinaj has been formalised by the party itself as the candidate for mayor of the Pristina municipality in the upcoming local elections, to be held this year.
