Gorani says the two issues Kurti proposed could hinder dialogue with Serbia

Political issue acquaintance, Dukagjin Gorani, is praising that the European Union is interested in making intercessors for regional leaders in resolving the issue between Kosovo and Serbia. According to him, this is indicated by the way the last meal was organised in Brussels, where the prime minister [...] was part of this meeting.
According to him, this shows the way the last meal was organised in Brussels, where Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti was part of this meeting.
” in such meetings where Balkan leaders gather, and where there is no common statement, then they have gathered to old a dert”.
”E biggest purpose is the issue between Serbia and Kosovo. Of course that's just my speculation. But, last night it was only talked about the unresolved issue between Kosovo and Serbia”.
” This means that the European Union is interested in hisdar, in mediating the issue to be the leaders of the region, where Kosovo does not part badly in taking into account that it has at least guaranteed support of Albania and yet there is also a good will on the part of other neighbours, such as North Macedonia and Montenegro”.
Gorani in Rubik also commented on the approach of Kosovo's prime minister, in the face of negotiations with the Serbian side.
He says that unlike those in the Assembly, with his statements last night, Prime Minister Albin Kurti used other rhetoric.
The prime minister's statements have already turned into a trend for changing speech depending on audience. She may have her own goods, but she may also have the bad Mahx1.
His last statement before last night was in the Assembly. Even the rhetoric used in the Assembly has been much more severe and much more confident. But some issues have also been raised in the country, in which if you analyze the context of dialogue, those issues are more of an effort to rein in than to pave the way for dialogue”.
For example, the indictment against Serbia for genocide even that continuing approach about reviewing previous agreements considered at least harmful by this government”.
The experience tells me that when you mention these two things, even the dialogue mediators for the other side in the dialogue, that means that you're either thinking about going or saying, that you're not negotiating. The mention or at least presentation of these requirements that may later change into conditions often indicates that they are as good as tax, or even reciprocity is shown to be impassable obstacles and block dialogue”.
And even on the day I heard it in the building, I said: This [Kourty Albin] s'e means going”.
I saw it in the vault, and last night in the statement, it's completely different. It's more balanced rhetoric, but it's very generalized”.
