German top diplomat for Non-Paper: We oppose changing borders in Balkans

He made that comment during the press conference with Northern Macedonia Foreign Affairs Minister Mr. Brad Osmani.

He has said that the Non-Paper for changing Balkan borders is not real, writes Periscopi.

”Paper Noon” bears the real name. It means “non paper” and is not a real document. That's something we shouldn't deal with any more. There is no Germany participation in any type “paper”. If there's talk about it, then they're news. German policy for the Western Balkans is that we do not point to Balkan borders. Any change of borders, wherever it will have impact in the entire region, and there will be negative consequences for all”, Maas said.

It seems that the comments in question, Maa has made for the first Non-Parper reported to have been prepared by government cabinets in Slovenia and Hungary. /Periscope
