Foreign media suggest that no death was recorded either in Scotland and Northern Ireland on Monday. In Wales, at least four loss of life was reported.
Although the figures are always low after the weekend, the media report that the data suggests that the combination of quarantine and vaccines has produced the desired effect of reducing the death toll.
