A 41-year-old has been executed in an assassination tonight in Elbasan. Event occurred in “neighborhood Skenderbej” where 41-year-old Everest Chaka, who previously named Ibrahim Chaka, was killed with a firearm while his wife, Silvana Chaka, was wounded.
The third crime in the country within 24 hours, following the murder in Vlora and the one in the capital, Elbasan was shocked today's evening at around 20:10, where in the quarter “Skenderbe”, under still unclear circumstances, was killed with 41-year-old firearm Chaka, known for police, suspected in 2010 of a murder. His wife, Sophia, in her car, was injured. She was taken to the hospital and out of danger to life.
Sources for “BalkanWeb” suggested that in Elbasan, a call has come to the local Police Directorate's operating room for shooting at “Skenderbe”, reporting the event near a highway complex. Police services went immediately to the scene and surrounded the area. Continuous checkpoints have been set up at the entrance to the city of Elbasan and the control of the area follows. The director of the Ardi Veliu State Police has gone to Elbasan.
The investigative group under Prosecution leadership is on the scene, and the work follows to complete the cause and circumstances of the event as well as identify and apprehending the author/s. This is the third timer murder of three weeks in Elbasan, an average of 1 murders a week, from April 21st, when Pierre Juvani was killed, to proceed with the 54-year-old Liljana Buzo murder by her former police husband.
V RACH FOR HAKMARH?
Today's murder in Elbasan seems to have been revenge as a motive and it's a series of murders that have begun for years. Everest Caka, or known as Ibrahim Caka, turns out to be charged with killing Gezim Alikaj in 2010.
He was even suspected of being executed directly after the victim's brother had killed his brother in Spain a few years earlier. Also involved in the events were Elton Hyka and Ardit Spahiu.
Meanwhile, a few months ago in Belgium, Everst Caka's cousin Aryan (Ardi) was killed. Spahiu with eight bullets in November 2020.
