Moliqaj has asked Kurti not to go to Brussels and establish the Recyprocity of the Republic of Serbia, not to continue this line that practically gives Serbia everything, and affects Kosovo independence, Perskopi follows.
“Must be resistance if the government is hanging out. ” he said, thus warning protests in the country.
In this Non-Paper, despite the burden of a string of concessions that would destabilise and defunction the state, is not mentioned by recognition from Serbia.

The content of the dialogue appears to be out. In the media, what was known on thick lines is being reported. Borell line in Kosovo- Serbia is Serbia's autonomy line within Kosovo. It's Kosovo's non-recognition line and defunction of our state. It's a line of etnisation of society and eternity of conflict. It's a line to refuse blocked. At all costs and as soon as possible.
- There is no reciprocity;
- No recognition from Serbia;
- North ? autonomous unit;
- Autonomous north, with executive legislative power. With its own assembly and Serbia's involvement in governance of this area;
- The southern Serbian municipalities with association that separated them from other Kosovo citizens;
- The Orthodox Church with special constitutional status, outside the sovereignty of our Republic;
- Change of constitution, to adapt to this harmful agreement;
- Mitrovica's particular economic zone;
- Demarketing with Serbia;
- Moratorium in relation to membership in international organisations.
These are the points that are being prepared for Kosovo by the new dialogue process. This dialogue must be blocked. Kurt today has the moment to decide reciprocity, conditions, anything... but to give him a line like that in dialogue. And if it gets into this process, then the result is these 10 points.
The opposition should in no way accept Kurt's co-operation in this autonomy dialogue. In this defunctionalization that Kosovo will do. It takes resistance if the government is hanging out. If that's “Republic of the Third”, then, no, thank you. The Third Republic is a digest of the Republic.
