The results from a small clinical testing process of the second phase have found that two doses of psychocibina seem to be effective as simple anti-depressants in treating moderate or severe disorders and depression; at least when combined with psychological therapy.
I think it's fair to say that the results mark the hope that we might be faced with a promising alternative to treating depression,” Dr. Robin Carhart Harris, head of the Psik-edelic Research Center at London's Imperial College and co-author of the study.
Carhart-Haris has said that psychocibin was thought to function in a completely different way from the Eskimos. As both operate on the serotonin system in the brain, he said that ecstasy seemed to work in helping people tolerate stress more easily.
