Lul Raka shows why Kosovo doctors are reluctant to vaccinate against Avid-19

Microbiologist Lull Raka today took action against Avid-19. He has clarified why he waited until now to do so and why, according to him, Kosovo doctors are reluctant to take this step. He's called for vaculation.
