Lawyers Skender Musa and Tome Gashi have debated the Anti-Mafia Law for confiscating unwarranted property that has been warned by the Kosovo government.
While Tome Gashi has said this law would be an addition to fighting organised crime, lawyer Musa has said organised crime is not being fought by civil laws.
“Toma mentioned fighting organised crime, but nowhere in the world organised crime is fought by civil laws”, Musa said in T7, broadcast Periscopi.
He has said that the staff involved in the civil indictment is overloaded in Kosovo, and if even this law goes through civil procedures, then a subject will be delayed until 10 years for review. /Periscopi
