Kosovo does not require test for citizens entering from Albania

Albanian Ambassador to Kosovo Kemal Minxhozi has confirmed to Express that Kosovo citizens who go to Albania do not need tests when they return PCR or quarantine for a week.
He said that after communications he had with authorities in Kosovo he has made sure that the principle of reciprocity will be applied between the two neighbouring states.
I have talked to the authorities in Kosovo and have made sure that the reciprocity principle will be applied in this case. So, just as Albania does not ask Kosovo citizens for tests on borders, neither will Kosovo seek tests for Albanian citizens who entered Kosovo”, he has said.
Minxhozi further confirmed to Express that there will be no need for PCR tests for citizens' movements on the Kosovo-Albania border.
Each citizen of the Republic of Albania or Republic of Kosovo returning to Kosovo did not take a test or quarantine. So there is no need for a test to move to the Kosovo-Albanian border”, he has indicated.
