During today's Kosovo incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, along with incumbent Health Minister Armenmen Zemajn, IKSHPK director Nasser Ramadani, incumbent Minister of Education Rame Likaj and Deputy Minister of Education in Office, Xhavit Rajj, have met with representatives of the SBASK and the Parents' Council.
At this meeting it has been proposed that there be a week off for the entire learning process.
The chairman of the United Trade Union for Education, Science and Culture, Benderman Jashari, in a statement to Indesksonline has said the meeting with the upper parties was a consultative meeting.
“The meeting was consultative, the prime minister wanted to know the assessment of all sides. It wasn't a meeting that would bring any firm decision but there would be a meeting with the Anti-Condavi -19 Committee, and from this meeting we expect the final decision that we agreed to be binding for all”, Jashar said.
Their demands have not been taken into account.
Minister-in-chief of Education Xhavit Rexhaj has said that the lesson will continue normal Monday after no one week-long decision has been made as the Ministry of Education proposed days ago.
We've come up with a proposal for students to go on a week-long break. And at the end of the week, it's decided on the epidemiological situation, but we'll see what modalities we'll continue for. We consider such measures to be taken as part of a package to reduce cases. We in education have come up with a 1+1 proposal. And so we can keep our resources from coming up with situations so that we don't have a teacher”, Rexaj said at this meeting.
Jashari has said that the SBASAKAu has pledged whatever happens in their decision will be agreed, and that he has wanted to decrease the number of cases with Ovid 19.
Whatever happens in their decision, we'll agree, and that's what it's like to decrease the number of cases with Ovid-19. But regreting to say that online learning does not give him the results of teaching within educational institutions, so it is important to be primary health for students and educational personnel”, Jashari said.
Asked whether any SBASAKA strike is expected to take place, Jashari has said which decision health experts bring they know better.
