Tome Gashi: Special didn't give us OVL-KLA equipment

This organisation's lawyer Tome Gashi has said that despite being invited to receive them, the same were not given to them.

Gashi further said they have requested a report on what was found in those equipment.

Two days ago we were notified by the Special Prosecutor so I could come today as O'S representative. VL-KLA or Mr. Faton Klink. I came here on written request but they decided not to give us the equipment. I believe that failure to deliver the equipment even though it was their request that we come. We asked to be given a report on what was found in those devices that were confiscated by 25 September last year”, Gashi said.

Gashi said their reason for failing to deliver these equipment is that they were not prepared to give them.

“Now they're not prepared to give us the equipment we've been invited to”, he said.
