Journalist Valon Syla, through a Facebook post, has spoken to Kosovo Defence Minister Armend Mehaj, appointed by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
He has said that Norwegian KFOR, which was part of which was also Armend Mehaj, the district of the Obilic municipality has not allowed weddings to celebrate with the flag, broadcast Periscopi.
