In the V Legend II, the Kosovo Assembly had two Egyptian deputies and an MP from the Roma community and Ashkali, respectively.
The Egyptian Liberal Party's Veton Berisha was the first in the October 6th 2019 elections, but because of the MP's election law, Mr. Elbert Krasniqi, who succeeded in being the most voted among the Roma communities, Ashkali and Egypt, to secure the fourth guaranteed seat with the Constitution, follows Periscope.
Berisha and Krasniqi had hotly hot debates in the Kosovo Assembly.
And in the February 14, 2021, two interventions have actually occurred in ethnic minority communities.
Interference in Egyptian Community by VV
Elbert Krasniqi and his IRDK in the October 6th 2019 elections had had only 0.05 per cent, or 1755 votes.
But in these elections, Krasniqi has achieved markedly better results, winning 2788 votes, or 0.05 per cent.
Elbert Krasniqi was based on the election campaign for the February 14th elections from nothing less than Albin Kurti.
If this intervention by the president of Kosovo's most voted Albanian party, Vetevendosje, is legally unknowable. What is known is that this intervention is not in accordance with the spirit of the Kosovo Constitution.
All of you in the community, it's good to vote with MP Elbert Krasniqi, with whom I am. Kurt in the election campaign.
Other Vetevendosje deputies, such as Dimal Basha and Iron Murati, had also supported Krasniqi in his campaign.
However, there is no indication that Elbert Krasniqi's IRDK has received votes in a way organised by Vetevendosje in any municipality.
Krasniqi is expected to be part of Vetevendosje in the Kosovo Assembly as it was last time.
Intervention in the Roma Community by Sparkska List
And what is even more disturbing comes from Kosovo municipalities with a Serb majority.
The country-level Roma initiative has won 3 grand and 827 votes, which was a big surprise between communities.
But this political party, which gives two seats to the Roma community, and leaves it with an Egyptian community, has received votes in municipalities where there are no citizens of this community.
In Leposaviq, this initiative has received 244 votes -- 3 votes in Zvecan, 210 votes in northern Mitrovica -- 1620 votes in Gracanica, 215 votes in Novoberda, 199 votes in Ranilugug, 88 votes in Partesh and 148 votes in Kllokot.
Out of 3 thousand and 827 votes, the initiative has received 2727 votes in Serb majority municipalities.
This implies that at least two deputies out of four are reserved for Roma communities, Ashkali and Egypt, be the result of the intervention of Serbia [the Roma community] and Albin Kurti [the Egyptian community]. /Periscope
