He has called a “action against the Kosovo interest” PZAP's decision and the Supreme Court, which the day before prevented minority communities from voting outside ethnic lines.
“Location PZAP and the Supreme Court strike at the foundation of democracy in Kosovo because it penalises the right of members of an ethnic community to vote for the representative of the other ethnic community.” Mr. Spahiu, Periscope follows.
On the basis of the Supreme Court's decision, a vote conglomerate by Adrijana Hodzic and the Roma Initiative was denounced for having had fewer members of communities representing that votes for them.
There are no reasons behind such a decision by the Supreme Court.
Full status:
PZAP and the Supreme Court have first acted against Kosovo's long-term interest and second in a way that is illegal and against the spirit of the Constitution of Kosovo. The decision of KZAP and the Supreme Court hits the foundation of democracy in Kosovo because it penalises the right of members of an ethnic community to vote for the representative of the other ethnic community. Nowhere on the ballot sheet does it write that members of the X ethnic community should vote only for any of the parties representing the X ethnic community. Even from the list of parties in the ballot sheet alone The CEC may know which party the community represents that the voter may not even know.
