Prosecutor seeks detention and psychiatric examination of Valon Loxia

The State Prosecutor has applied for mass detention of Valon Loxha, who allegedly stole the official car in the Pec municipality.

So has made it known to Klan Kosovo, the spokesperson for Pec's Constitutional Prosecutor Shkodran Nikci, while saying that towards the suspects, psychiatric examination has also been requested.

Valon Loja last night was arrested by Kosovo Police, because he received an official Peja municipality car without permission.

The same car was found in the village of Dreya, the mayor of Peja municipality, Gazmend Muhharrier.

This is not the only case that Loja takes cars without permission from the owners, and even that action does not match the theft.
