The Witnesses describe “lengths of” while there was also a crackling noise.
This earthquake is believed to have lasted for almost a minute, but there have been no immediate reports of victims.
The Pacific Cunamic Warning Center has sounded the alarm for tsunami within the 180-mile episode.
