Article 1.1 says Kosovo is an independent, sovereign and democratic state and Article 1.3 forbids us from joining another state. In that sense, Kosovo's independence does not constitutionally allow joining another independent state, [...]
But against this statement is the chairman of PSD, Dardan Moliqaj, who is accusing Kurti of standing “open to Serbia and closed to Albania”.
“Albin Kurti does not say no to Lajcak for constitutional changes for the Association of Serb Major Communities. Albin Kurti says no to constitutional changes for Kosovo joining Albania. When you betray your beliefs and values, changing your attitudes only becomes a matter of time”, Moliqaj wrote on Facebook.
Kurt stayed in Lezha today on the note of the 577th anniversary of the Lezha Testament.
