The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against defendants A.E. because of the criminal act. Using official position or authority, by Article 422 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, in January 2018, in the village of Pozeran, the municipality of the Year, the defendant A.E., as an official person in the position of Klokot Mayor, exploiting his official position in order to benefit materially and cause damage to the economic operator ) NTP Blinen '%s' has exceeded its competencies, in a way that reaches verbal agreements with the representative of the upper operator to deploy inventorys to the new municipality facility, promising that legal procedures will later be implemented and payment will be made by the Klokot municipality.
The economic operator's representative has placed the entire inventory ordered in the new Klokot municipality facility, and so far no payment has been carried out by the municipality, with the same cases being damaged is worth 4.460 euros.
With these actions, defendant A.E. has carried out his alleged criminal act.
