According to Gjergji, Haradinaj, being acting minister, has used its influence on responsible persons in the CNR to manipulate the election outcome in its favour, damaging Gjerjaj.
Haradinaj- Staubla through a Facebook post has said that for slanders and insults committed towards her, the candidate in question will respond to the court.
“For slander and insults against me, which are circulating in some portals, the candidate in question will respond to the court. Sometimes I've competed in the past, and despite the result, I've always respected the civic will”, wrote Haradinaj- Stublla.
For Croatia's Gjakova candidate Florentina Djerdaj, the AAK candidate is strange and very suspicious, even the fact that in the results of 01.03.2021, released by the QNR, she and Melza Haradinaj estimate equal numbers of votes, following the provisional vote count.
According to evidence that the unknown item to PZAP, all other AAK candidates have had minor changes in voting numbers, as it does, as opposed to Melza Haradinaj, who according to those results is the only one who has been raised and has claimed to have won 1/3th of the vote provided they have met with them. The AAK, which has not even in this case reached even party leader Ramush Haradinaj, who has been a host of the list.
