Ibrahim has said that the situation with the pandemic in the municipality is manageable, and that the mayors express themselves against additional measures.
“In the contacts we've had with the mayors, it is stressed that at the local level the situation is manageable. The mayors want to proceed with current measures and not proceed with additional measures. Categorisation of color-based municipalities has been assessed as successful, and the mayors demand that I continue with the same category”, he said.
Ibrahimi has indicated that they believe that with more real co-ordination with the central level, neglect to implement the measures will change.
