In the indictment provided by KOHA, Along with Lieburn Aliu, for misuse of official position or authority, Ardian Oluri, Zejnula Rexhepi, Nazife Krasniqi, Bahtie Uka and Mimoza Berisha Prestreshi are also charged.
Aliu has reacted after today's media reports that there is an indictment against him for misuse of official office during the time he was Director of Urbanism in the Pristina municipality.
Aliu has said that he is hearing about the indictment for the first time from the media, adding that he has never been told by the law enforcement agencies that an indictment has been committed to him.
