Haxhiu, through a Facebook post, said reaching vaccines was a failure.
The failure, according to Haxhiu, belongs to the past government and the advertising of the new government.
“Achieving Anti vaccines - CO VID-19 in Kosovo is the failure of the past government, advertising and boasting in failure for the new government. Kosovo is the last country in the region to accept vaccines from COVAX via U NICEF. This acceptance of vaccines was done today with a lot of pomp, while all the acters would have to be criticised because Kosovo citizens were denied vaccines and we remained the last country in the region and Europe supplied with anti vaccines. - COVID-19” wrote Haxhiu.

The arrival of vaccines today, vanity by failure! Achieving Anti vaccines - CO VID-19 in Kosovo is the failure of the past government, advertising and boasting in failure for the new government. - COVID-19. In the diagram you can look at the vaccine at a global level where Kosovo still doesn't figure at all.
P.S. Serbia has launched the vaccine on December 24th 2020. Albania has launched the vaccine on January 11th, 2021. Macedonia and Montenegro have begun the vaccine process before Kosovo. We are the last in the region to be supplied with vaccines and there is no room for boasting, but there is much room for criticism.
