The European Mission for Ending Law in Kosovo has been declared regarding the case of handing over evidence that was taken over by the offices of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation on 25 September 2020, when veterans' leaders, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, were also arrested.
In a response sent to Klan Kosova, EULEX stresses there is no role in the case.
No one has been invited to his facilities in response.
It stresses that the Specialised Prosecutor's Offices are located inside the EULEX building in Fushe Kosovo.
Among other things, EULEX adds the case belongs to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
“Media reports claiming that EULEX did not hand over the seized equipment to the KLA War Veterans Organisation are untrue. E ULEX has no role in this and has not invited anyone to its objects. As attorney Tome Gashi mentioned in a Facebook post, the specialised Prosecutor's offices are located within the EULEX building in Fushe Kosovo.
