Two detainees for vote abuses say they met with former AAK MP candidate's husband

Two days ago, two commissioners were arrested under suspicion of voter abuse in the February 14th 2021 elections.

S.M. and A.K. were detained after publishing a videoisation in which it said the AAK MP candidate, Melza Haradinaj- Stubula, had manipulated with the result.

The same have been said before the prosecutor in the case that they have met with the candidate's candidate for deputy husband, Albana Bytyqi, failing to disclose the reasons for the meeting.

But Bytyqi has denied such a thing. “We have nothing to do with them”, she said.

And the husband, Jetmir Bytyqi, has said that no one has invited him from the Prosecutor's Police, calling the arrest statement a lie.

IndexOnline tried to contact Bytyqi but the same didn't answer the calls.

Following the announcement of final results, Melza Haradinaj-Subla was among the deputies of the eighth legislature of the Kosovo Parliament, now following the recount of several seats she has remained outside the Assembly.
