Authorities in the Copenhagen capital region, which are responsible for the health system in that part, said one of the hospital staff members has died, while both have received AstraZeneca's vaccine less than 14 days before they became ill.
The Danish Drug Agency confirmed it has accepted two serious reports, without providing further details about them, it writes. Reuters.
Otherwise, some European states days ago suspended the use of this vaccine against Covid-19 because of concerns about cases of blood clotting.
However, Germany, France, Italy and several other countries continued its use Friday after the European Drug Agency came up with a positive assessment, saying the vaccine is safe and effective and that its benefits side with negative effects.
