The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department of Criminal Crimes-United Economic Crime and Corruption, has filed a request at the Constitutional Court in Pristina for appointing the detention measure against two Kosovo Prosecutorial Council officials.
This is in the direction of criminal acts “Using official position or authority”, by Article 414 of KPRK, “The exercise of influence”, by Article 424 of KPRK, “The Office of Assistant Chiefs after the commission of criminal acts”, from Article 380 of KPRK and <6> the non-relaunch of criminal deeds”, from 377 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code.
L.K. and M.B., the day before they were escorted for interview, and the Founding Prosecutor had later been assigned the ban measure for 48 hours.
