It all began when the houses of this family, which are not within 100 meters of the Suhareka police station, were to appear, the Serb paramilitaries, that some would kill on the doorstep and others would be expelled from their home, sending them to the coffee shop, where the massacre would occur.

Three family members have survived from this massacre, Vjollca Berisha, with his son, Gramoz and Shyhrete Berisha.

These three during the transport of the victims to Prizren have jumped from the moving truck to safety.

According to Vjollca Berisha's stories, others were alive but injured were in the truck. To honor this family during the day will be homazhe at the Lapidar of the Martyrs in Suhareka.
