Sentenced by one year in prison, 800 euros fine for visa fraud

A.P., on March 23rd, 2019, in Prizren, following preliminary agreements among themselves about a two-day visit to the Republic of Denmark, takes money from the injured L.A., with the argument that it needed to pay off security for years at the Denmark Embassy in Skopje.
From that day, the A.P. leaves, failing to answer the telephone number, with which the number had contacted the injured by that time, which causes damage to the injured person for 280 euros.
After declaring the indictment, the court judge has announced that within the legal deadline all parties in the procedure will accept full-fledged written and rational bias.
For the accused, A.P., the court had issued arrest warrants since November 10th 2020, and after being brought by the Kosovo Police, in the initial examination of the accused A.P., has pleaded guilty to the criminal act he was charged with.
