Mosskolaj has asked for an explanation from the VV for the deployment of “red” across town, via Periscopi.

Hard was Mushkolaj's reaction, which has said no citizen knows the meaning of <x0-shihmies<x1) red when they are not clarified by Vetevendosje itself. /Periscopi/
