In preliminary results, Emily Redzep's Bosniak party, The NDS has won the most votes.
The former minister's party is leading by vote at the two largest centres in Prizren and Pec.
The NDS is also leading to Duda Balje's DSU. But, the Serbian List has pushed Adriana Hodzic's list forward, creating a scenario in an attempt to make her party a seat in parliament.
Full of 220 votes, the Serbian List has made the Hodzic party in northern municipalities.
